Commerce Nation Elevates Richard Nathan to Bahamas CEO

Names of Commerce Nations Nathan Richard Richard Nathan has been appointed as Commerce Nation’s Chief Executive Officer for the Bahamas area. Commerce Nation is a foreign exchange and contracts for variations (CFDs) brokerage. Since April 2019, Nathan has served as the organization’s Head of Customer Success.
Nathan made the announcement on LinkedIn on Monday, saying he had “moved out to Nassau in the Bahamas to take up the role.” on addition to looking to expand the brokerage’s footprint on the island nation, he brings with him more than ten years of relevant business experience for the new role.
The Cayman Islands, Vanuatu, Seychelles, and Mauritius are a few of the well-liked offshore regulatory jurisdictions for foreign currency brokers that include the Bahamas.
Nathan has worked for at least three financial firms in the last 14 years: Acetop, Hartmann Capital, and ETX Capital (which closed this year after selling its clientele to competitor Capital.com and changed its name to OvalX in March).
Nathan worked as the Head of Business Strategy at Acetop Financial, a supplier of spread betting, CFDs, and foreign exchange before joining Commerce Nation in April 2019. Nathan’s LinkedIn page indicates that he was involved in the establishment of Acetop.
Prior to joining Acetop, the executive was involved in the establishment of Hartmann Capital’s commodities, foreign exchange, and options derivatives execution services. “Managed all aspects of a successful new high touch voice and digital broking business, supported by full client service catering to high net worth (HNW) and institutional flows,” according to Nathan’s LinkedIn profile, he held the role of Head of High Net Worth Trading from July 2012 to July 2014.
