Chris Trikomitis becomes CEO of Monaxa
Chris Trikomitis, the former Director of Established Markets at Exness, has joined Monaxa, a recently founded foreign exchange and contracts for differentiation dealer, as CEO (chief executive officer). Trikomitis updated his LinkedIn page on Friday to announce his appointment; yet, his chief profile indicates that he started work at Monaxa in January. Having worked in the financial industry for almost 20 years, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the position.
Trikomitis was employed by FXPRIMUS, State Road, and Thomas Reuters before joining Exness. From early 2022 to 2016, he was FXPRIMUS’s Head of Operations and CEO for the Asia Pacific area. Prior to that, from May 2012 to April 2014, Trikomitis worked as a Service Manager at Thomas Reuters. He was a member of the TR-Elektron Hosting team at Thomas Reuters, which provided real-time data for algorithmic and high frequency trading.
Trikomitis’ career path encompasses positions as a Project Manager and Senior IT Support Officer at State Road (September 2006 to July 2012) and as a Project Manager at the American real estate investment firm CBRE.
The Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines has registered Monaxa Limited, while the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) regulates Monaxa AU PTY Limited. These two organisations are part of the Monaxa Group, according to the Monaxa website.
