US SEC Appoints Dan Berkovitz as New Common Counsel

The US Securities and Change Fee (SEC) introduced on Tuesday that Dan Berkovitz, US Commodity Futures Buying and selling Fee (CFTC) Commissioner, has been appointed as SEC Common Counsel. Berkovitz CFTC Background

Previous to his function as Commissioner, he served as CFTC’s Common Counsel from 2009 to 2013. Berkovitz earned an A.B. in Physics from Princeton College and a J.D. from the College of California, Hastings School of the Legislation.
